Frida Drywall Systems is a local, minority run business installing drywall for commercial and residential businesses. Spanish and English speaking staff to assist clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Gill Brothers Funeral Chapels is a fourth generation family owned and operated business. M. J. Gill founded the company in 1889 and the Gill family continues to serve the metro area today. All funeral directors are University of Minnesota graduates.

The Gill family maintains a long tradition of distinguished service. Each generation has taken pride in providing service to people of all faiths and traditions. Gill Brothers provides a wide variety of services with the greatest respect to individual family needs.

Good Vibes Barbershop is a new barbershop located in South Minneapolis with years of experience baked into it. We are a clean and professional establishment with barbers that provide good quality service and specialize in all texture. As the name suggests, Good Vibes is geared towards creating a positive environment for people from all walks of life to receive services that best meet their needs.

Management Services

Greyduck Collective was founded by the people at Greyduck Creative, a local motion design studio. We are excited to work together in this space, and also meet new creatives to work next to and collaborate with.

We plan to build an open-office space, in our 5,500 square feet. We’ll add features like private zoom-meeting rooms, focus-areas and more. Maybe even kombucha.

We’re not looking to become the next office sharing conglomerate. We would like to share a space with a small group of local creatives.
