If you're an unrepentant Francophile gastronome wondering where you can go for your periodic fix of moules, steak-frites and tarte tatin now that un deux trois is no more, by all means consider Cavé Vin...There's little question that Cavé Vin fills what promised to be a serious void in our local dining scene. For this alone, it is a welcome option. That the food is what it should be, is icing on the gateau. Vive la France!
